Padaca declares war on cheats, vote buyers

MA. GRACIA CIELO “GRACE” PADACA, former governor of Isabela province, on Monday assumed her post as commissioner of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) shortly after taking her oath of office before Justice Secretary Leila de Lima.

De Lima was Padaca’s election lawyer.
