THE Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) on Thursday said that it will actively participate in blocking the passage of the Reproductive Health bill now pending in Congress.
Father Joel Tabora, the national advocacy commission chairman of CEAP, said that they will exhaust all legal means to stop the approval of the measure, including filing an appeal with the Supreme Court.
