The eldest son of the late human rights lawyer Wilson Gamboa challenged the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. (PLDT) to raise all possible grounds to overturn the Supreme Courts decision limiting foreign control of public utilities.
In a statement, Lauro Gamboa, Wilsons eldest son who has taken over as the complainant of the case, said that he has waived participation in the April 17 public hearing in Baguio City to hear oral arguments related to several motions asking the High Court to reverse its decision.
