THE Supreme Court on Tuesday lent credence to the wishes of President Benigno Aquino 3rd in appointing officers-in-charge (OICs) in Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).
Prior to the Court ruling, Aquino has appointed former Anak Mindanao Party list Rep. Mujiv Hataman as OIC Regional Governor after the High Court junked appeals against the postponement of ARMM polls.
