AGOO, La Union: This town will celebrate the first ever Kilawen Festival Wednesday (Dec. 28) at the sports complex of Don Mariano Marcos State University which features raw dishes of fish, meat and vegetables.

Twenty-two different “kilawen” dishes are featured in this first of its kind event prepared by the local government unit here in cooperation with the various socio, academic and civic organizations.
