BACARRA, Ilocos Norte celebrated its “Bac-Baccara Festival” in November. Highlighting the festival was a street dance competition among nine groups from the town, particularly: four groups from Bacarra National Comprehensive High School, three groups from Cadarata National High School, and two groups from St. Andrew’s Academy. This was held at Barangay 1 Sta. Rita, Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, categorically the center of the town, where schools, plazas, municipal hall, and the famous bell tower of Asia, and the longest Hispanic Catholic Cathedral are found.
