Bong Revilla: ‘Ang Panday 2 is the best film of my career’

Even before his 2010 Metro Manila Film Festival entry, Si Agimat at si Enteng Kabisote, hit cinemas last Christmas, Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. was already hyped up for his bid this year: a sequel to the Carlo J. Caparas classic, Ang Panday.

Back then, Revilla had boasted that if the special effects of Agimat were impressive—and indeed they were—his 2011 entry would surpass them all. He even hinted at the possibility of 3D technology to be incorporated in the movie.
