‘Plastics king’ in P26 million bouncing checks case

“Plastics king” William Gatchalian was criminally charged before the Office of the City Prosecutor of Manila with eight counts of violation of Batas Pambansa 22 for having issued to Scepter Lending Corp. (formerly Goldmine Lending Corp.) eight Equitable PCIBank post-dated checks in payment of his obligation, totaling P26 million.
