MALACAÑANG on Friday said that the government has “moved on” from the Manila bus hostage tragedy that took the lives of eight Hong Kong tourists and the hostage-taker.
“We have moved on, we have made improvements because we’ve decided to say that we cannot allow the same situation last year to occur again that’s why we’ve made improvements,” spokesman Edwin Lacierda told a press briefing.
