MALACAÑANG on Sunday said that is still open to continuing its dialogues with the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) on the controversial reproductive health issue.
Deputy spokesman Abigail Valte, however, said that the Palace would have to see what the CBCP’s frame of mind would be.
