The new Iloilo cuisines were launched at a press lunch on June 8 at the Café Jeepney of Inter-Continental. All the way to June 26, Iloilo City’s chef-restaurateur and entrepreneur extraordinaire, Pauline Gor-riceta-Banusing, returns with more family recipes and hard-to-find dishes that will be part of its lunch and dinner buffet spreads.
