MALACAÑANG has declared June 6, 2011 as a special non-working day in the province of Zamboanga del Norte in celebration of the province’s 59th foundation day. Proclamation No. 160 signed by Executive Secretary Paquito N. Ochoa Jr. on May 4, 2011, declares June 6, 2011 which falls on Monday as a special non-working day to give Zamboanga del Norte populace a full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion.
