Acting Justice Secretary Alberto Agra has directed the prosecutor designated to handle a libel case filed by former Solicitor General Francisco “Frank” Chavez against five members of a law office known as “The Firm” to proceed with preliminary investigation.

Agra on Monday ordered Senior State Prosecutor Theodore Villanueva, who was assigned to hear the case, to immediately resolve the complaint.
