ONE by one, rivals of Liberal Party (LP) standard-bearer Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino 3rd on Tuesday began conceding to him the nine-man race for the presidency in the country’s first fully automated elections held on Monday.
But former President Joseph “Erap” Estrada said that he was not yet ready to concede to Aquino despite trailing the LP bet by more than five million votes based on partial tally from the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
