Congress to honor SC ruling, to reinstall Dan Fernandez

THE leadership of the House of Representatives will reinstall into power actor Dan Fernandez as qualified for the Office of the Representative of the First District of Laguna after the Supreme Court en banc reversed the ruling of House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal (HRET).
