TOKYO: Visiting Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is set Tuesday to sign off on the framework for a free-trade pact with Japan.

Under the expected deal, Indonesia will send workers, particularly nurses, to Japan, the world’s second largest economy.
