MEYCAUAYAN, Bulacan: Poor Bulakenyo folk who live in homes along the rail tracks of the Philippine National Railways vowed on Wednesday to fight the demolition of their homes to make way for the multimillion-dollar North Rail project.
The Bulakenyos made the vow as members of the militant Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap (Kadamay) staged a “lie-in” protest on the rail tracks.
