BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya: An enterprising Quezon furniture maker with eight children has transformed his old farm tractor into a multipurpose machinery, including converting it into a service vehicle and a wood chopper.
Forty-seven-year-old Romulo Pacis, a resident of Sito Inatub Boliwao, Quezon, said he added a side car to his Yanmar tractor—traditionally known as a kuliglig—so he could travel to the town of Bagabag to save on fares.
