THE Senate will hold a necrological service in honor of the late former senator Robert Barbers on Tuesday, January 3, at 10 a.m, Senate President Franklin Drilon announced on Tuesday.
Barbers’s remains will be at the Senate on Tuesday morning following an overnight vigil at the Western Police District headquarters. From the Senate, his body will be brought to his hometown in Surigao del Norte on December 20, and then back to Manila on January 2.
