THE Department of Foreign Affairs renewed its call to the United States Embassy to place in the government’s custody the six US Marines accused of raping a 22-year-old Filipina in Olongapo City.
Foreign Secretary Alberto Romulo said his department is continuously following up its request to place the Marines in the custody of the Philippine government.
