NHA turns over rail tracks to NorthRail

MALOLOS CITY: The National Housing Authority (NHA) turned over on Thursday 32.7 kilometers of cleared rail tracks to the North Luzon Railways Corp. (NLRC). President Arroyo called it the “fastest and largest” urban development project in the country.

Jose Cortez, the NLRC president, said, “We are just starting.” Relocation plans for the second phase of the project that stretches from Malolos to Angeles, Pampanga, have begun, he added.
