LAOAG, ILOCOS NORTE: The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Ilocos Norte on Monday cited the contribution of national training director Michael Keon in the country’s successful outing in the 23rd Southeast Asian Games.
In a resolution, the provincial board hailed the efforts of Keon in overseeing the training program of the national athletes, who bagged 113 gold, 84 silver and 94 bronze medals to enable the country bag the SEA Games overall title.
