WE Filipinos, no matter what corner of the globe we reach in search of a better life, never forget our beginnings. We may bicker and fight, malign and criticize each other, but in the end, we return to our real home.
Such is the story of a woman painter extraordinaire Anita Magsaysay-Ho, who on November 22 was toasted by friends and family at the book launch of her own works. Titled Anita Magsaysay-Ho: In Praise of Women, the biography is written by Alfredo Roces and published by the Crucible Gallery at the SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City.
