Do you know what your child is watching?

IN these days of double income families, socially active ate and kuya, the child is often left at home with yaya, who, usually, may not know better than to let her charge sit in front of the TV all day while she goes about her chores.

While the nanny should not be blamed for turning a child into a couch potato, the big question that needs to be asked is, “What are children learning from TV?” Or “What hidden messages or values are they receiving?”
