ROGER Olivarez, a Fil-American writer based in Atlanta, Georgia, is urging Filipino authors to get on the global bandwagon and establish themselves as world-class writers.

In an interview with Life & Times, Olivarez said the time has come for Filipinos to assert themselves in the international publishing world, as there is a window of opportunity to take advantage of.
