DAGUPAN CITY: Only 70 percent of the transport groups in Pangasinan have joined the nationwide “Tigil Pasada,” the Pinagkaisang Samahan ng mga Tsuper at Operators Nationwide admitted Monday.
Benny Aquino, Piston chapter president, told The Manila Times that his group failed to paralyze transport in the province, after some of the groups did not support the one-day strike that started at around 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
