TARLAC CITY: Vice-Mayor Teresita Cabal of this city is in hot water again along with nine city councilors after five officials of the Association of Barangay Chairmen (ABC) filed a corruption complaint against them for the alleged ghost deliveries of P500,000 worth of certified seeds.
Romeo Mallari, village chief of Barangay Alvindia here, and vice president of the ABC, led officers in filing a complaint before the Ombudsman against the city council and city hall supply officer Carlos P. Gatdula III and Reynaldo Bonifacio, chief of the general services division.
