Tarlac to mark 132nd anniversary

TARLAC CITY: This “melting pot” province of Central Luzon is celebrating its 132nd founding anniversary today, the same day when the entire country will be marking the “Araw ng Watawat.”

“The coincidence of Tarlac’s anniversary with the National Flag Day has made our anniversary celebrations more historically significant,” said Gov. Jose Yap.
