DAGUPAN CITY: Fearing a greater environmental disaster due to the number of dead fish in the water, the City Agriculture Office (CAO) has formed a task force to clean all rivers here following the new fish kill that hit the city’s coastal this week.
City Agriculturist Emma Molina said on Friday the task force has cleared the city’s rivers of sacks of dead fish, many of which were already in an advanced state of decay.
