THE province of Camarines Sur kicked off the seven-day Kaogma Festival yesterday with a colorful celebration of dancing, float parade and trade fair opening. Activities will run until May 27.
Kaogma, literally means “happiness,” is a festival that pays homage to the farmers and fishers of the province, while celebrating history and its indigenous products like the hot sili.
