DAGUPAN CITY: The “Kalutan ed Dagupan” on April 30 may emerge as the biggest and grandest street party in this part of the country.
Councilor Michael Fernandez, executive chair of the “Bangus Festival 2005,” hoped that this city’s more than 200,000 residents and visitors will participate in activities that will culminate in the city’s bid to put up the world’s longest barbecue grill.
