A former congressman who had filed an election protest against Mayor Vicente Eusebio of Pasig City was shot Wednesday while having lunch with a friend.
Henry Lanot was shot once in the head by a lone gunman as he ate with Romeo Santos at the Jade Palace restaurant on Shaw Boulevard, police said. Santos, a former congressman of Caloocan City, was not hurt.
