‘Lang-ay Festival’ unites rival tribes

BONTOC: A province with a well-preserved culture, Mountain Province marks history in its 38th foundation day with the staging of the first “Lang-ay Festival,” considered a “must-see” event in Northern Luzon.

With support from tribes and expatriates, the Lang-ay Festival has unified the people here, giving them a venue to showcase common tribal practices.
