Theft of cables foiled in Laoag

Laoag City, Ilocos Norte An alert security guard and two employees of the Radyo ng Bayan station here foiled the theft of their firm’s expensive cables last week.

The three were also able to apprehend the suspects who allegedly tried to steal the cables, worth about P50,000.
