Banna wins Ilocos Norte search for best market

LAOAG CITY—The town of Banna in the Second District prevailed over 16 finalists in the capitol’s search for the best public market in the province.

The capitol staged the search in observance of the Consumers’ Welfare Month this October and Banna, represented by Mayor Carly Abadilla, garnered 87.6 points to win the search and get an award of P30,000 plus a plaque of recognition.
