TYPHOON "Siony" (International codename: Tokage) is now packing sustained winds of 175 kilometers an hour and gustiness of up to 210 kilometers an hour, the weather bureau said Sunday.
But the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) does not expect Siony to bring in rains, because it is already moving toward southern Japan.
