THE Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) ordered the movie star Fernando Poe Jr. to give his comment on the request of President Arroyo for a preliminary hearing of the election case between the two.
Chief Justice Hilario Davide Jr. said in an interview that the tribunal asked Poe to file his comment within 10 days on the motion filed by the President. "Poe was asked to comment on President Arroyo's motion for a preliminary hearing and affirmative defenses," he said.
