Doc reaches out to poor patients in Pangasinan

DAGUPAN CITY, Pangasinan—Not all physicians in the Philippines are concerned with just making money. One of them, a senior official of a regional hospital based here, is heading on his own initiative an outreach program designed to take care of the health of the poor Pangasinanes throughout the 44 towns and four cities of the province.
