TUGUEGARAO CITY — A ranking official of the Cordillera People's Liberation Army has been arrested for arson by members of the Philippine National Police in Pudtol, Apayao, a report reaching here said on Saturday.
In a telephone call received by The Manila Times, Bambina Perez, head of the Apayao Nature Watch, or ApNaw, said the Pudtol police arrested Robert Angco Saturday afternoon at his residence on allegation that he was involved in the burning of several logging equipment in July in Apayao.
