MALOLOS CITY — A month after conquering the heart and minds of tens of thousands of Bulakenyos with colorful blasts in the first national fireworks competition, the Bulacan Pyrotechnics Regulatory Board (PRB) is looking forward to hosting an international competition in the next two years.
Celso Cruz, a member of the PRB, and immediate past president of the Philippine Pyrotechnics Manufacturers and Dealers Association Inc., advised PRB members at a meeting on Wednesday that hosting such competition would further improve the Bulacan's P500-million industry.
