Marikina one of Asia's healthiest cities — WHO

The World Health Organization has cited Marikina City as one of Asia's healthiest during the 1st Conference and General Assembly of the Alliance for Healthy Cities in Kuching, Malaysia, the ABS-CBN News Channel reported Thursday.

Marikina received recognition for providing children with a healthy environment and for a laudable emergency-preparedness program.
