Two employees of the Manila city hall were arrested on Thursday allegedly for trying to extort P20,000 from a doctor paying tax on his property.

Romulo Asis, head of the National Bureau of Investigation's Antihuman Trafficking Division, identified the two suspects as Romeo Gregorio Jr. and Edwin Garingelan, both assigned with the City Assessor's Office of Manila.
