PAF hits back at water distributor, files charges

LAOAG CITY—Accused of illegally cutting trees at the sprawling Dilomot watershed and forest reserve here, the Philippine Air force (PAF) turned the table on the Ilocos Norte Water District (INWD) and said the water district's personnel also cut down trees in the watershed in violation of the Forestry Code of the Philippines.
