Tap creditors in rehab plan, Nenaco urged

A CREDITOR of Negros Navigation Co. has asked the Manila Regional Trial Court to include creditors in the proposed corporate planning and performance group to ensure proper implementation of the shipping firm's business plan.

In a five-page comment, Danlite Industries Corp. said the corporate planning and performance group, to be effective, should be made up of independent persons nominated by the creditors.
