Tarlac City police nabs fugitive after 11 years in hiding

TARLAC CITY: After 11 years in hiding, policemen here caught up Alfredo Bernardo who is wanted for killing his grandparents.

Bernardo was arrested in Barangay Ligtasan by a team of police, led by SPO2 Mario Ton, after residents reported the suspect's presence in the village on September 12.
