IN an effort to end the alleged cartel of three giant oil companies in the country, the Senate minority leader, Aquilino Pimentel Jr., on Thursday renewed his call for the government to regain full ownership of Petron Corp.
He also proposed that the government put up its own oil supply and distribution company that will ensure an effective buffer stock against price increases of crude and petroleum products.
