Operatives of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and Western Police District (WPD) are at each other's throats after bungled operation that led to the beating of a policeman.
They filed criminal complaints against each other about the reported mauling of Police Officer 2 Christopher Ortiz on Thursday who allegedly tried to stop the NBI from arresting the businessman Sunny Go Veran.
