A warning to all the men out there: propositioning a woman, if she doesn't like it, could land you in jail.

That's what happened to a former vice governor of Camarines Sur who, for asking a married woman to have sex with him, was slapped by the Sandiganbayan Third Division with a six-month jail term, plus a fine of P40,000, of which P30,000 would be paid as damages to his victim.
