THE defense panel for deposed President Joseph Estrada's plunder trial on Thursday summoned two more employees of the Commission on Audit to testify as its next witnesses before the Sandiganbayan Special Division.
The lawyer Cleofe Villar-Verzola asked the court to issue a subpoena to Elvira Felix and to bring with her the annual audit reports of the COA for the years 1999 to 2002 for the Ilocos Sur province.
