TWENTY people identified as Chinese nationals were arrested in a Manila shopping mall for selling goods without permits, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said in a statement on Sunday.

In a statement on Sunday, Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente said that the suspects were arrested inside the 11/88 mall in Regente Street, Binondo on Friday while selling goods.
